Good morning folks.
I would like to inform you that I solved the problem with this link.
http://docs.ovh.ca/en/guides-network-bridging.html
And this one too.

Hello,

If you haven't done so already, I invite you to follow the instruction in our Network bridging guide to configure your failover IP on your virtual machine. Here is a link to our guide.
http://docs.ovh.ca/en/guides-network-bridging.html

You can configure the network of your virtual machine by using the ESXI console.

If you want us to verify you configuration, please send the following results from your virtual machines to the SoYouStart support at:

ipconfig /all
route print

support@us.soyoustart.com

Cordially,

Hello good day staff.
I'm having trouble configuring the IP FailOver in ESXi.
I am one with additional IP and would like to configure server with windows server 2012.
I've been in the server control panel and asked the mac address to ip and added in my vmware server, but still it does not work, I wonder if I should do some other process in ESXi.

Thank you all.
