Create a new subdomain. It's been 2 days, but it is not available. Plesk 12.5.30 Win.

This is a good question to ask on the Plesk forum since OVH generally does not deal with software/DNS issue.

In either case, we need a lot more information then what you've provided so I'll be as general as you are as well.

First of, is there an A record that points your subdomain to the IP address? Or do you have the DNS service enabled for the subdomain? If not then that's main problem. You'll need to either make sure you have an A record that points to newsub.mydomain.com to your server's IP address or enable the DNS service for the subdomain (see https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213384789 for more information about enabling DNS service for the sub domain which talks about subdomain not working).

If you do have one of those done then, like I said before, we need more information and we can do our best to try to help but might be best asking on https://talk.plesk.com/
