I have posted the ticket and no one has replied since I created it 3 hours back. Additionally, my second server is not deployed yet. Is it possible to get this up? My ticket number is 4527066. I would like to get this moving ASAP if possible.

I have created a ticket but haven't heard any responses yet. The second server that I purchased is still not accessible yet but I have already been charged. Is it possible to also check into that? The ticket number is 4527066. I was hoping to get started with server setup today if possible.
