Why I7-SSD-1 doesn't support any windows installation? or ESX?

I'm interested in I7-SSD-1 but it doesn't support any windows setup? Is this accurate and is it going to change anytime soon?

Also it doesn't support any version of ESX?

Similar servers on OVH can support both windows and ESX so we know it isn't a limitation of the hardwarre
