Poor disk performance

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but, anyway...

I'm currently managing two "VPS 2016 Cloud 2" and the disk performance IS REALLY REALLY POOR...
(ok it is a cheap vps, but hey, it looks like i'm seeing a powerpoint slideshow sometimes)

I'm pretty sure then the VPS were ordered the performance is way better than now.
My both vps are on Zone: bhs-003 / Cluster: cluster-001 (OVH.CA)

This is a report I got from CrystalDiskMark (I did this same kind of test on the rescue mode and the numbers are compatible)
Code:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
CrystalDiskMark 5.2.0 x64 (C) 2007-2016 hiyohiyo
                           Crystal Dew World : http://crystalmark.info/

I have a "one year free instance" on Amazon that performs way better on random access than this.
I'm really, really sad about this...

I'm having some black screens on RDP too, because of this issues with the hard disk.
The computer just frozen up, no reason at all, but it keeps pinging so the SLA is ALL OK.

I think they have a problem in their network HA storage and just don't admit it.

I have opened a ticket and the answer is this:
Your disk performance is perfectly fine according to our specialists. As I
said previously, we have different offering that might fit better your needs.
It all depends on what you are looking for.
Well, if that is "perfectly" I'm not sure what is the worst.

PS: When I had submitted the ticket my performance was around 10MB/s on random write.

So, my question is dear customers, is anyone experiencing this kind of problem?
Can someone share your VPS disk performance just for comparison?

Thanks.
