I see this was already handled yesterday. As our autoreply would have mentioned, the validation team was out of the office for the weekend.

Good day.

72 hours have passed since i've sent you my documents, i've got the confirmation mail, but no news about the process since then. I even wrote you back 2 days ago. I've been trying to comunicate with you by phone, but the number 1-855-684-5463 says "service unavailable"(may be because i'm dialing from outside US/Canada).

Anyway, I wanna know if there is any problem with my documentation.

Any answer to this post will be apreciated.
