I'm sorry to hear you've been having troubles. It appears your account is with Kimsufi in Europe. This is the Canadian support forum, and we only have access to Canadian accounts.

That said, you should be able to access your account through Kimsufi.ie, or at least initiate the password reset. If not, post on their forums for support.

I am unable to access any control panels, have not been able to for months now, and trying to request a password reset has proven futile.

For the record, I have two servers, one located in Canada and one located in the Netherlands. I was able to access both from one panel at one time, but for some reason I can't access either.

I would greatly appreciate a password reset and a link to the correct panel, since they're supposedly not accessible from any website.
