Hello,

If you've locked yourself out of an account with two-factor authentication, you'll need to send an email to validation@ovh.ca with proof of your ID to confirm that you are in fact the real account holder.

Hello,

I have two-factor authentication activated on my account via the microsoft authenticator app. Now, I got a new phone and reset the old one having forgotten about the authenticator app. Now I'm locked out of my account because I can't generate codes anymore. Can someone please help me? How do I log into my account? Is there a way to deactivate the two-factor without logging in? Thanks!
