Hello,

It looks like you configured the security settings on your account to refuse connection from all IPs. This will definitely block you from connecting.

In order to fix this, you'll need to send an email to validation@ovh.ca with a proof of ID to show you are the account holder. Ask them to remove the security setting and they will help you.

By the way, you can't link to images on your desktop, they need to be hosted online for us to see them.

I can't access my Kimsufi control panel. I reset my password multiple times. The Email says:[IMG]C:\Users\Tyler\Desktop\ovh.png[/IMG]
I would like for the settings on the box to be changed please.
