Technically yes, though usually the term is reserved for much larger setups.

If you are interested in learning about how datacenters operate, you're not going to learn this on a forum. I would recommend finding a school near you that offers courses in this.

Dear Phil,

So you means that a room containing one or two servers is a datacenter?
Also can you please tell me what program is called datacenter?
I need to know step by step process to specialize in datacenter.
