Help with hubiC referral

Hi,

Please forgive me if this is not the right please to ask for help - I can't seem to find any support contact for hubiC directly.

Last week a friend referred me to hubiC storage, and neither of us have received our bonus storage. We have both paid for the 10TB options, yearly in advance.

Is there some process I need to follow to have our extra storage activated? Is there an easy way to contact hubiC support?
