If you rebooted the screen sessions are probably gone, you need to make a new session. Just run "screen -S minecraft" to make a new screen named 'minecraft' then once you're in it navigate to the minecraft directory and run your startup command. CTRL + A + D detaches your active session from SSH.

So I have a Minecraft server hosted on here. I rebooted the VPS not knowing it would cancel the screen Minecraft was on and now I don't know how to get the screen or Minecraft server back up.

Usually I do screen -r and it resumes the screen then I do bash minecraft.sh and it starts the server.

All the Minecraft files are located on my FTP under root in a folder called Minecraft. I understand having root is a bad idea, but this is just a test server.

Like that.

So how do I resume the screen or start a new screen and get the Minecraft server back up?
