When you were setting up the 2 step verification, on the same screen to first get started with the process, was a place to generate 1 time emergency codes (it gives you 10 codes to use). If you didn't generate those codes and/or kept those codes in a place that you can easily access outside of your phone (and in a secured place) then you're basically SOL. You can try to reach out directly to OVH's support by calling them but there's a 50/50 chance they'll be able to reset it for you (some places are set up so their support team can't reset it and some places are set so they can, thus why I said it's a 50/50 chance).
