Wow. It is a good thing that you were able to diagnose the problem even though onsite staff should have figured this out as quickly as possible.

My problem is now fixed.... as it turn out the RAID card was bad... but i did the diag myself... i am so glad it is fixed... but i am very concern that the respond time and so call monitor and on hand tech team was not able to diag the first time themself. And as you can see on on from OVH is even monitor the form and try to help

The websites show that hardware issues should be resolved with in 1 hr. I am currently 1h45mins still waiting. this is crazy .... right after a major outage ovh with it fiber and now slow intervention.... Our client is loosing faith in OVH and US..... please help....
