Another post that points to hardware fault

http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/mic...xternalId=1804

Can this be kernal issue, using latest CloudLinux Kernel atm.

I googled, found

http://serverfault.com/questions/575...on-31-on-cpu-3

It says this is due to hardware issue.

This is almost always bad hardware. Run memtest for a couple of hours since that's the easiest thing to do. From there investigate your processor, add-in cards, motherboard, etc.
I rebooted server into rescue, run all test, but it said everything is OK.

Server have CloudLinux 7, Cpanel Control Panel. CPU = E5-1630v3

Now it went down again, i don't reboot manually as i used to do, waiting for OVH to check.

Anyone know why this is happening ?
