You can use the public cloud, you have more options. Once you move your data you can simply import the IP address of your VPS to the public cloud instance

And you can't have 2 systems with the same IP address, it's simply not possible as it will cause a conflict. I'm currently on the 8GB ram ssd vps and i need around 12-16GB ram, how can I get this for my VPS? If I have to order two they MUST be the same IP so how can I accomplish this?
