Hello,

That is a bit high, for sure. I would recommend opening a support ticket with the results of the following tests:

-Results of a ping on your server.
-Results of a traceroute (preferably done with MTR) from your local host to your server.
-Results of a traceroute (preferably done with MTR) from your server to your local host.
-Results of the following command: iperf -c proof.ovh.ca -P 5 -r

Once we have those test results, we'll be able to look into the issue and get it resolved for you.

Regards,
Phil C.

Hey

120-160 ms would be great from Brazil/south america. With our tests currently it is 200-250 ms on OVH france datacenter. We may want use some type of proxy for south america/brazil players, still, we got no knowledge how to do it.

Hi, i'm wanting to know if there is any way to improve the latency(ping) of the people connecting in our server in OVH France Datacenter from north/south america. We are willing to host a gameserver in europe still the latency to south/north america players is very important.

Thanks.
