What is my ssh/KVM userid and password?

Thanks for the reply again. I've fixed my own problem with the documentation in this link:

The documentation is slightly outdated but I finally figured my way out with some guides that still apply to the current version.

Thanks for the reply!! I can only login under the "rescue" mode. If I change create a new user "abc" under the rescue mode then I can ssh login as "abc". However, if I reboot the server out of the "rescue" mode, I can't login anymore. I tried to add "AllowUsers abc" to "/etc/ssh/sshd_config" before reboot but to no avail.
It seems like the reboot resets everything? How can I setup a user to be used outside the "rescue" mode?

PS: I do not have the "reset" button in my manager. The only way I can get a email with the root password is to use the "rescue mode" botton.

You should had gotten an email with your login information. If you did not you'll be able to log into the OVH control panel, go into your VPS and click the button for reset the password and follow the instructions to get a new password emailed to you.

Hi, i tried ssh root@ and ly301224-ovh@ with my login password for the manager https://ca.ovh.com/manager/login/
and they didn't work.

Then I tried to login with KVM from the manager, using ly301224-ovh as the login id, and still it doesn't work.
