That issue should be fixed and you should be able to change it normally again. I submitted a ticket and last night it seems they fixed the issue so it works properly again. In the future it may be possible to also change it via the API. These instructions were provided by support.

In order to change the netboot, you first need to login to the API at ca.api.soyoustart.com. Once it is done, follow this link:

https://ca.api.soyoustart.com/consol...me%7D/boot#GET

Enter the hostname of your server and the desired netboot (harddisk, rescue, network, ...). Click on Execute. There will be 1 or more numbers that will appear. If you are not sure of the bootID to choose, please note that the most used bootID are:

1 - Hard disk (normal mode)
22 - Linux Rescue Mode (rescue-pro)
23 - Windows Rescue Mode (WinRescue, also known as WinPE)
26 - FreeBSD Rescue Mode

Take one, then go to

https://ca.api.soyoustart.com/consol...iceName%7D#PUT

Enter your server's hostname and the desired bootID and click on Execute. If there is no error message appearing, all you will have to do is to reboot your server, either in your Control Panel or in the API there:

https://ca.api.soyoustart.com/consol...7D/reboot#POST

Enter your server's hostname and click on Execute. Wait a couple of minutes for your server to be rebooted in your desired mode.
For those of you on kimsufi that may find this replace all references to soyoustart with kimsufi and these should work for you as well.

It a 1 844 number, not sure what the phone rules are in South Africa, but pretty much all 800 numbers are free to call in Canada, and the USA. Again I am not sure about South Africa or anywhere else in the east because I know things are different over there for common standards for billing on phone. I think in the UK they get billed for making any call where Canada and the USA, local calls are free with landlines.

Only suggestion I have is Skype if 800 numbers are not free to call where you live. I used to have a New York number years ago for calling USA numbers before my ISP gave me a phone with unlimited calling to Canada and the USA for $20/month. A skype number used to run me $2 a month and a calling plan was $5.

With all that said tho, I am guessing your server not running anything to important at the moment as most people would make the call if it was costing them any large amount of money to be down. If your down for a full day you can always ask them to reimburse you a day of service.

Call the support number for issues like this as tickets take a long time for replies and a server being down for 4 hours is a concern matter to be solved by someone you can really talk too.
