Email id not working if renewing the expired orders delayed due to account validation

From past 1 week I am chasing the SYS servers due to urgent requirements in the project but everytime I got failure due the account validation process. In all of my orders, account was not validated even tough I have sent all the required documents. I sent several follow-up email but SYS support didn't cared to respond any of them. SYS support didn't even mentioned any issue with the documents sent for validation.

Following orders with nichandles is pending for account validation:

Please validate account ASAP.

Another problem: While renewing the expired orders, the same email id which I had used for placing the order before, is not working. Please provide any resolution.

SYS support please do the needful.
