Some of the servers with hard drives show ECC

but the same hardware specs with SSD do not show ECC

Buying a production server without ECC is like playing with fire if you run a database.

I have Multi-Bit ECC with 72-bit width on my SYS-IP-2. When I purchased it back in Nov 2014, it listed ECC in the specs, and that's the only reason I went with it.

It looks like the availability page (http://www.soyoustart.com/ca/en/essential-servers/) no longer shows ECC in the RAM column for either SYS-IP-1 or SYS-IP-2, but if you look at the details page (e.g. http://www.soyoustart.com/ca/en/offers/sys-ip-2.xml) it still shows that it includes ECC ram. Hard to say if that is an oversight or not. Either they intentionally removed the mention of ECC from the availability page and forgot to remove it from the product details page, or they accidentally removed it from the availability page and the servers still include ECC.

Personally, I would never rent a server without ECC unless I didn't care at all about the data.

Just checking if ovh is still shipping servers without ECC ?

If you got a server recently, try running
Code:
dmidecode --type memory
and see if there is any mention of 72bits which is ECC (or Synchronous or sometimes it will just say ECC)

It was hit or miss last year, sometimes you got lucky, sometimes not.
