ddrhost: If you could provide a ticket number, or put your account number in your forum profile, I can definitely look into what is happening there.

Elochai: For time sensitive requests, especially ones as simple and straight forward as the one you were asking in your support ticket, it would have been much easier for you to call us. It would have been handled immediately.

epiclulz: You shouldn't be having problems with your upload speed, that is highly unusual. All servers should have the speeds guaranteed on the site. As I have repeatedly requested of you, please send us the following information:

-Results of a ping on your server.
-Results of a traceroute (preferably done with MTR) from your local host to your server.
-Results of a traceroute (preferably done with MTR) from your server to your local host.
-Results of the following command: iperf -c proof.ovh.ca -P 5 -r

Send us all the results (or screenshots of the results) and we'll be able to investigate the matter, and resolve it for you as soon as possible.

Yeah support seems to answer tickets when they feel like it.

Been 3 days without any reply to my ticket to get me on my way with my server. So my year subscription is wasting away.

Also a fair warning to anyone new, don't pay into the year because of you run into issues, you can kiss your money goodbye if you want a refund.

As for me, I just want my server settings reverted to normal and my server ready to install windows server 2012.

yeah lol i just spent a week trying to chase them up i ended up getting what i wanted fixed but the server is still rubbish for upload speeds

they some times reply to tickets and some times not at all its lucky really ive found
