What I dont get through all this is that Phil is trying to help you out Epiclulz, yet you are being very reluctant to do as he asks to help solve the issue at hand.
Why dont you get off that high horse you think you are on and just do as he asks.

Hello,

As indicated on our website, SoyouStart servers have 250 Mbps of bandwidth assigned to them. So yes, that would be the speed limit.

Phil C.

the tests you are asking me to do are tests between my home pc and the server and the server and the home pc?

if my issue was slow speeds between my home machine and the server i could see why you would need to gather those traceroutes but its not its a issue with speedtests run via windows RDP on the rbx server to other speedtest.net sites and and via ssh into a vm on the same box

If you file a chargeback, your account will be blacklisted, and we will not accept any further orders from you, so I would not recommend going that route.

hi phil

thanks for replying

my whole experience with SYS has not been to good when i first got my box on my account it was getting 400mbps down and about 150mbps up i complained via a support ticket telling them that i dont know why the upload is only going at 150mbps and that my friend has the same server as me but in rbx3 and he gets good upload speeds over 500mbps so i asked in a ticket can i migrate my server to another that might have better upload or is there an issue with my server hey said its no problem to switch servers i just had to buy another one tell them and they would cancel the old one and them time transfer and add it on to my current server .. this has not happend in 3 days so now im stuck with 2 servers one doing nothing at all and my first one i brought still doing the same thing but now the download speeds have skyrocketed but the upload still sits at 150mbps.. http://www.speedtest.net/result/4372530641.png as seen here... what does it take for them to ether cancel one off and refund me or do the time transfer like they said..?? so am i going to get to the end of the month they xfer me and i lose half a month?? it just sucks ass that ovh staff told me to buy another server and it still had crappy upload i know you guys have the 250mbps garuntee thing but i dont know if thats upload or download ? what do i do phil ? i feel like paypayl dipsute is the only way im gonna get my money back if i dont get another server from ovh i dont care becuase at this point in time im not satisfied the download is amazing its the upload that sucks .. ive got a ticket in for speed and did all the tests.. but still have not heard a thing ..

Did you try trace routes to see if your routing is the same ?

is it just me or is rbx4 and rbx5 have some kind of shaping ?

my friend is located in rbx1 on the same server hardware as me here is his speedtests to online.net's speedtes.net server
this is a server E3-SAT-1 located in rbx5

http://www.speedtest.net/result/4366808327.png

and here is his to the same server

http://www.speedtest.net/result/4369447232.png

mine sucks

not even hitting the "250mbps guarantee"

so i email support and ask if i order a new server a SYS-IP-1 the same as my friend has can i have it in rbx3

yes yes he says and that i just need to order it and pay for it and they will time transfer it so ill just have the one server with the time added to it

well now im stuck with 2 ****ty servers one in rbx5 and one in rbx4 and to add insult to injury the new server i just paid another 70 dollars for has worse speeds then the last http://www.speedtest.net/result/4369425683.png

and here to ovh's server http://www.speedtest.net/result/4369431739.png

is it that much of an ask to ask to be placed at rbx1 so i can get the same speeds my friend has
