I have also had this issue without a reply from kimsufi for 2 weeks.

I purchased a server from the kimsufi website and paid, I have nto gotten a reciept although my card was charged. I also have not gotten a server deployed. I am a customer with ovh as well and did not have this problem with that division. I have put in a support ticket but have yet to get a reply.
