Paid for server on the first, input wrong email, need validation forms sent to second

I found your account, and the error in your email address has been corrected.

However, we are unable to accept order # 1036889 at this point because it has been pending for too long, and your credit card issuer will no longer authorize the transaction. I've cancelled and refunded the order for you. If you place a new order, it should go through promptly.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed.

I ordered a server on the first. My bank shows the charge as processing, I have tried multiple ways to get my primary email switched and validation forms resent. Order number 1036889. My control panel says I have no servers. I understand a little less support for the price, but I have done everything I have been able to do so far to get SOME response from SOMEONE.
