You're right, that should have been resolved ages ago. Can you copy the full email and send it to our support email with this same message? I'll have our guys get on it immediately.

Hi!

It's been 5 months and I still receive wrong links in your emails. I don't think changing a template should take that long (even with lots of reviews)...

Amazing, I was actually just wondering why the link in the email I just received isn't working. Removing the ca/ fixed the problem, but as you ask: please fix this

Hi!

In all the emails I've received so far, the URL was wrong. It took me some time to figure it out what was wrong. Here is the current form of the URL (I bolded the trouble part):

https://ca.kimsufi.com/ca/fr/cgi-bin/order/bill.cgi?.......

I just have to remove the "ca/" and the link works again.

Please OVH team, could you fix this issue?
