I am not sure how to log into the manager or how to communicate with you guys, previously I had been logging into the OVH manager but it seems that is no longer the way to go, and I have no idea how to log into the Kimsufi manager (my email and ovh id do not work).

Anyways my server's hard drive failed two days after I renewed it, and it took you nearly two weeks to respond. The server is up now according to the OVH manager but I do not have access to it as I have not recieved an email with the new account credentials. I would like a refund.
