I have seen the validation process for the previous order, however I do not seem to find your reply for documents for this new order. Did you send them? Make sure you did it from the same email address of your So You Start account.

I've placed the order and made payment for the new order.

and instead, can you help validating the payment progress for the new order [#518894]

Hi,

I've recently made an order, but cannot find the link or info on how to make payment.
Seems like my account still need to be validated first. The nichandle is: wj301153-sys

I've sent email to validation@ovh.ca for the proof of identification and address; have you received them?
Hopefully it get processed soon since it says the order Expiry date: is October 14, 2014 00:09:18.
